Our team is so fired up and enthusiastic about new programs and ideas from the Sales Manager's Training Class last week. We have some new managers and they gained a wealth of knowledge about coaching responsibilities, recruiting, and retaining. They've asked for monthly meetings to put the new tools in place.
The group activities seemed to be the strongest pieces for all of us. It was an eye-opener to see the different thought processes even within our own organization.
Great job! I would recommend this class to all sales managers AND owners. It gave all of us an opportunity to brainstorm together. After all, as managers we sometimes become too removed, and this class is a great forum to hear how tough it is on the frontline today. Thanks again!
